NZSki e-tickets for Superpass remaining. Quest fleet by shoe size. If a 44 is gone, we say so before we touch the pass.
POST NZSki /holds and Quest /fleet with idempotency keys. If either fails, release the other. No half-booked Thursday.
NZSki collects the Superpass on their checkout — they keep lift revenue. Quest hire is Stripe Connect: guest pays, 8% stays with the desk, rest to Quest. Card data never hits our servers.
NZ- and QR- come back in the thread. Wind hold doesn’t burn the pass. Quest still holds the skis if we flip fields.
We never see a PAN. Tokens only. Each vendor decides if they collect or if we split through Stripe Connect.
